The Estates Unit acquires, manages, and maintains all Ghana Baptist Convention assets throughout their determined lifespan and makes these assets profitable. The Legal Unit of the Department liaises with the solicitors of the Convention to ensure that all litigations concerning properties are duly entered and documented.
